After receiving an elevated PSA test result using a FastPack immunoassay test at a 2008 Hall of Fame event sponsored by Qualigen and the American Urological Association, Mr. Haynes has been a prominent advocate for prostate cancer testing.

Mr. Haynes will assist Qualigen's outreach efforts to support utilization and distribution of the FastPack system, as well as representing the Company at health events and with other sponsorship opportunities with the NFL and other U.S. professional sports leagues and organizations.

FastPack has been used worldwide for almost 20 years to assist in diagnosing many diseases, from elevated PSA levels and hormone deficiencies to other men's health conditions.
